Services We Provide
Pure Memories offers DIY handprint and keepsake kits, including printed materials, non-toxic ink pads, accessories, and our exclusive Re-Pack Sticker for gifting.
Our services include the sale, packaging, and delivery of these physical products.
User Account
To place an order, you may choose to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it when necessary.
Orders and Payments
Placing an order: By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product, subject to our acceptance.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in euros and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
Payment processing: All payments are processed securely via third-party providers. By submitting payment, you agree to their terms.
Product Use & Safety
Our products are designed for use with babies and children under adult supervision.
All included ink pads are non-toxic and safe for external skin contact.
Customers must follow all safety guidelines provided in our Guide & Tips Magazine, including removing bracelets, rings, watches, or sharp objects that may damage the canvas or materials while using the kit.
Pure Memories is not liable for damage caused by incorrect or unsafe use or by failure to follow the instructions.
Re-Pack Feature
Each applicable edition includes our exclusive Re-Pack Sticker, allowing you to create the print at home, re-seal the box neatly, and gift the completed keepsake to someone you love.
This feature is intended for convenience and presentation and does not affect product safety or warranty.
Shipping & Delivery
We strive to process and ship all orders in a timely manner. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping partner.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
⭐ Returns & Refunds (Updated with Safety Guidelines)
Due to the nature of our products (DIY kits with safety-sealed components), opened or used products cannot be returned.
Customers are reminded in our Guide & Tips Magazine that bracelets, rings, watches, and sharp objects must be removed before using the kit to prevent damage to the canvas or materials.
Damage caused by incorrect or unsafe use cannot be accepted as a reason for return or refund.
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will repair, replace, or refund when the issue is caused by our error.
